The topic of the case was whether or not the Constitution gives the Congress power to create a bank and whether or not states have the power to ban the banks. The Supreme Court decidede that the Federal Government had the right and power to set up the bank and that the states dont have the right to tax the banks. The case that is very similar is Gibbons v. Ogden because they both are fighting and implied powers.
