Every adult must complete this training prior to becoming registered.
Youth Protection Training
At least one adult with this training are required at all Cub Scout camping events.
BALOO (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation)
All participants in all Scouting programs are required to have this form completed yearly.

These leader trainings govern BSA swimming and boating activities.
Safe Swin Defense and Safety Afloat
This provides coverage for registered adults of the Boy Scouts of America who serve in a volunteer or professional capacity concerning claims arising out of an official Scouting activity.
BSA general liability insurance program
This many leaders over the age of 21 is required to be present at every scout event, including meetings.
Two
This type of camping experience is limited to one night.
Cub Scout pack camping
All participants in Scouting activities that last more than 72 hours must have this form completed and signed by a physician.
Annual Health and Medical Record part C
These are the classifications of swimming ability that must be used in all BSA aquatics programs and activities.
All registered youth, seasonal staff, registered leaders, volunteer leaders, and guests who are being encouraged to become registered scouts are covered by this insurance provided by the Sequoyah Council.
Accident and sickness insurance
These Cub Scout dens require a parent or guardian to present with them at all times while Scouting.

These Cub Scout dens are allowed to plan den-level camping experiences
Webelos and Arrow of Light
This immunization is required to participate in Scouting activities. It is the only immunization that is required by the BSA.
Tetanus (within the last 10 years)
All shooting sports activities held outside of a council’s camp will follow the program as outlined in this document.

Accidents, near misses, and membership infraction incidents should be reported to this Scouting professional.

When ScoutsBSA camp, these four categories of people must have separate sleeping accomodations.
Male youth, female youth, male adult, female adult
In these BSA programs, youth who are not registered in the unit are not allowed to camp.
ScoutsBSA, Sea Scouts, Venturing
Scouts who are prescribed these 2 emergency medications should keep them on their person at all times.
Inhaler and Epi-Pen
Cub Scouts can participate in these shooting sports activities at a council or district event only.
BB-gun rifles, slingshots, and archery
This type of insurance is not provided by Sequoyah Council or the BSA but must be provided. It is recommended that coverage limits are at least $100,000 combined single limit.
Automobile Liability Insurance
The 2-deep leadership requirement can be waived in this scenario.
When driving 2 or more scouts
This online training is required and will be helpful in the case of lightning and thunder.
Hazardous Weather Training
This training focuses on teaching assessment skills and using available resources when professional emergency responders might be hours or even days away.
Wilderness First Aid
These trained adults are required for a ScoutsBSA troop to take youth to a shooting day at a local range or Scout camp.
NRA-certified instructor in the discipline with which you plan to help and NRA range safety officer certification for the person who is running the range
