Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.
These two items were said to have been poisoned by the King and they eventually lead to the deaths of Hamlet, Gertrude, Claudius, and Laertes.
The poisoned wine and swords
"It is the poisoned cup. It is too late."
Claudius.
I died from drinking poisoned wine intended for my child.
Gertrude
This character's death causes Hamlet to reveal his true feelings which then leads to a fight between him and Laertes.
Ophelia.
