Answers could include: the goal, why it's important, how important it is to the family, identified strengths and resources of the family, barriers to achieving the goal, how to overcome barriers, who will support the family, steps to reach the goal, goal date, progress notes, how will the family celebrate achieving the goal.
This strategy can be used when a parent presents you with a problem or you have a concern you want to learn more about.

Name three things you could do to address a CHEERS observation during a home visit:
Answers can include: ATP, SATP, normalizing, problem talk, explore and wonder, modeling, a curriculum activity, etc.
Training on these two topics are required annually.

How often should you reach out to a family that is on Creative Outreach?
At a frequency equal to or high than their previous level.
When are intake forms required to be signed?
On or before the first home visit.
You need to account for prematurity when choosing an ASQ questionnaire until the child is how old.

To be in adherence with Healthy Families America, the site's home visit completion rate should be:
75% or higher
Movement from one level to another is based on:
the progress of the family determined by the criteria defined on the HFA Level Change form.
What should you do if you suspect child abuse and neglect?
Immediately notify the program manager and/or supervisor and refer to the Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect policy.
This must always be documented in the home visit record whenever a service level changes.

When should you complete an EPDS?
At least once prenatally and at least once within three months of birth (if enrolled prenatally) OR within 3 months of enrollment (when enrolled postnatally).
Also at least once within 3 months of any subsequent birth!
A family is eligible to enroll at Level 2P only if the pregnant participant is at or before this gestational age. After this point, they should enter the program at Level 1P.

What should you do if there is a participant death?
Immediately notify the program manager and/or supervisor and refer to the Participant Death Policy.
