Explain the Dialectic Process and how it relates to history.

Throughout history, there is a chain of events in which someone proposes a thought, then another person comes along and disagrees with them, and lastly, a third person comes and resolves the tension by accommodating both points of view (also known as the three stages of knowledge: thesis, antithesis, and synthesis). Every synthesis becomes a thesis and therefore has its own antithesis creating a never ending process in history.
