when whanau has been referred to a external service thru other expense on profusion do they need a voucher?

No they do not need a voucher. When using other expense this is when we use the credit card. the expense need to be loaded onto profusion on Other expense once its consult is submitted the virtual budget will then minus the amount from whanau flexifund budget of $560

No they cant. Only Kaimanaaki an Gp practice can access Flexifund which will show $560 on virtual budget once whanau is Active on Profusion

  • Kaimanaki guided – using a Kaimanaki to help guide whānau towards greater wellbeing, increased self-determination and supporting progress towards employment.
  • Culturally sensitive – acknowledging the need to deliver Here Toitū in a culturally sensitive manner that is appropriate for whānau.
  • Partnership – MSD and the 4 Primary Health Organisations working together in partnership to help whānau live well and achieve their full potential.

how do we  close a POC on profusion 

Open POC click  on close referral 

select exit reason from drop box 

this can be for achieved outcome or for whanau who have chosen not to be in program anymore. 

click on yes im sure and POC will be closed and you should not see them in Dashboard anymore

How often does Wellbeing star need to be done? 

Every 3 months so we can capture whanau  Journey of change an also access if right action on action plan is been done or does need assessing again.

1.The claim is for the purchase of health services, health-related goods or services or other services associated with the Wellbeing Action Plan 

2.The goods or services purchased directly support the goals or actions specified for whānau in their Wellbeing Action Plan 

3.The claim is for goods or services that are not already wholly funded by MSD (i.e. Disability Allowance), the Ministry of Health, ACC, DHB or other publicly-funded organisation unless this funding cannot be reasonably accessed 

4.All costs claimed must be reasonable with regards to the nature of the services and the market rates for such services
