For non-bulk deliveries what is looked for when inspecting a trailer?
Trailer is clean, free of debris, and contains NO materials which may be a hazard to product (odor, spills, broken glass, pest, etc.)
When putting non bulk materials away how do we ensure the oldest material will be used first and how do we do this?
FEFO
By rotating stock, placing oldest material in the front to pull from.
Month and year stickers placed on each pallet

What must be done if the dock lock will not engage?
A variance will be needed. Dock lock will be bypassed, and the delivery driver must be pulled from their cab and escorted until loading/unloading is complete.
Only authorized individuals can bypass the dock lock.

Place an Allergen sticker on any pallets that require it, refer to the EtQ# 33069 Allergen Control Program. Any pallet containing an Allergen may not be stored above any other raw material.
Place an HPC sticker for all allergens and tech grade materials.
