A resident gets transported to the hospital due to injury what are you supposed to due after calling Public Safety?
Make sure that SOC is aware of hospital transportation.
You are the CA on duty when you a resident called reporting that two residents on the second floor were inviolved in a physical altercation in their room. When you arrive, you find people gathered around one of the resident with multiple cuts on their body and the other with a cut on their lip
What would you do?
Call Public Safety/police and also inform the SOC.

Students who seek emergency or medical assistance, including, but not limited to, a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or sexual assault, for themselves or others will not face punitive disciplinary action for personal use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
Students will still have to complete disciplinary actions set upon the hearing officer.
If campus officials (e.g., Residential Life staff, Augustana Public Safety/Police) intervene beforehand, individuals, or those present, experiencing an alcohol, drug, or other substance-related medical emergency will not receive amnesty.
You respond to what appears to be a simple roommate disagreement. While speaking with one resident, they tell you that the other resident threatened them earlier.What would be your next step?
