Jurying!
At the risk of sounding cliché, Jurying is incredibly rewarding and has a long-lasting effect on delegates. I am always proud to have the chance to impact a new generation of EYPers in this way.

Catching up on junk journalling (I've been saving random paper scraps since 2024 and only now doing something with them)

I love the cringey-est games, and play them with 200% energy to make delegates realise there is no point in resisting the awkwardness - they might as well join in and have fun.
