Open up Insurance tab and confirm if it’s already listed/check details.
True or False: You only add insurance if you are running eligibility.
False (Always add it!).
If you see a term date but the caller says it’s active, you do this.
Remove the date and run eligibility.

Repeat the ID back and use the phonetic alphabet. (Some insurance companies have alpha prefix or letters included in the ID)
Why should you avoid labels like "Commercial Insurance 1 or 2"?
Interferes with running eligibility. (Should only be used if Secondary FSC is the same as Primary)
