What are the proper steps to setting up the intake room?

What is 1.) Make sure the intake room is cleaned out with anything from the previous intake. 2.) Make sure the trash is taken out. 3.) Vacuum the intake room when needed. 4.) Make sure we have an intake packet ready. 5.) UDS/BA/Pregnancy test put out with gloves. 6.) Make sure we have bins labeled with Client first name, last initial, and ID number. 7.) Make sure we have a book bag for the intake. 8.) Finally, make sure there is a laundry basket for inventory.

Immediately upon arrival, the intake asks if they are going to detox. How do you proceed?

A Warrior arrives for intake and tells you they are an alumni. A staff member checks the Client ID binder, assigns them the next available ID number, makes all of their labels, and begins setting up their bins.

They keep their previously assigned ID number, which staff should locate in their Prospective Client profile in Alleva. Any labels or other items created with the incorrect ID should be corrected before continuing.
