What are the steps for setting up the OAW Welding Machine?
1. Turn the oxygen and acetylene tank valves on
2. Adjust the psi using the tank regulators
3. Turn the acetylene valve on the torch body until you hear whistling sound
4. Light the torch with a flint striker
5. Adjust flame until you get a feathery flame with little to no carbon
6. Adjust flame to neutral by adding oxygen and turning the oxygen valve on the torch body.
What are the steps for setting up SMAW?
1. Ensure both the Electrode Cable and Grounding Cable Clamp are plugged in and hooked up properly to the table
2. Turn the welding machine on and adjust to proper settings
3. Attach the electrode rod to the electrode holder
4. Strike the arc and begin welding
