Brainstorming without judgment. Asking myself, what are all the possible solutions?

Creating a calm playlist of music that helps you feel relaxed after a stressful day.
What is listening to music?
The individual is planning and is ready to act.
What is the preparation stage?
Picking the people who will encourage me when I am having a rough day. I list my friends, family members, my sponsor, and the counselor I meet once a week.

The goal should be realistic and within your ability.

Taking time to weigh the pros and cons of each option.
What is the Evaluate Stage?
When we want to express our emotions and thoughts, we can call our sponsor, friends, or family who support us.
What is talking with my support people?
This person is actively making changes.
What is the action stage?
Taking a moment to list my strengths, the goals I have accomplished, and the personal qualities that encourage my recovery.

The goal aligns with your beliefs and your broader objectives.
