What is a panel?
I answer questions and provide testimony in a case if called upon by the lawyers during a trial.
What is a witness?
In a criminal case, this is the term used for the actions a defendant is accused of committing.
What are charges?
I am a civilian who is summoned to a court to hear a trial, and to deliberate with my peers in order to issue a verdict.
What is a juror?
Law enforcement must have one of these before they are able to search a specified place for evidence; once they have one they may conduct a search, even without the occupant’s consent (approval).
