The Truist Teammate Learning Experience offers role-based training and development resources to help teammates build skills and advance their careers. LinkedIn Learning provides on-demand courses from industry experts, enabling employees to develop professional and technical skills at their own pace.

Truist's BRGs are volunteer-driven programs to provide space for teammates with shared identities, purposes, and backgrounds to foster an atmosphere of belonging and delivering on our collective purpose.

What is a Virtual Coffee Break?
30 Minute Teams Meeting with specific themes and guest hosts held every other Wednesday (and usually includes donuts for those in the office)

AFCO Direct teammates are encouraged to share Copilot tips, prompts, and real-world use cases as we continue expanding our knowledge and adoption of the tool. Truist also offers webinars, Teammate Learning Experience tutorials, FAQs, and glossaries to support your learning journey.

Mental Health Assistance
Teammates and their household members have access to a variety of mental health resources. Through Lyra Health, employees can receive 12 free confidential counseling sessions (virtual or in-person) per person. Employees enrolled in a Truist medical plan also have coverage for mental health, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and related medications. Additional support is available through CVS Virtual Care, Truist Health Centers (where available), wellness webinars, podcasts, crisis support resources, and specialized assistance programs for situations such as intimate partner abuse.

Truist offers financial resources to help with retirement planning, taxes, relocation, mortgages, insurance, budgeting, debt and bankruptcy.
