"The tutor will then have a meeting with their team leader and CCE program leadership (PM and/or AD). During this meeting, those in attendance will go over the performance issues the employee is demonstrating as well as revisit the plan created during the warning meeting. This plan will be adjusted accordingly and reinstated."
How much time should be dedicated to individual station planning for sessions?

"Team Leaders attend additional twice weekly “Leadership Team Meetings” (LTMs) to debrief sessions, assist with the planning of development sessions, support the coordination of various aspects of LEAP, and receive support and professional development from the program staff."

What does the second strike consist of in terms of consequences?
"Continued incidences of the cited behavior will be met with a second strike. To address a second strike, tutors will be placed on an Action Plan. Action Plan meetings are a structured process preceded by a performance evaluation, during which tutors will identify areas of improvement, develop concrete goals and deliverables to address these needed areas of growth, and develop a realistic timeline during which the employee can adequately demonstrate achievement of their Action Plan goals."

What is a direct example from the manual of behaviors that do not reflect active participation and engagement?
Using your phone during sessions (with the exception of emergency calls, or taking pictures), TPMs, and trainings. Phones should be put away as soon as the first child on your team arrives to session.
Remaining silent or disengaged during TPM – this is a space for you to share your thoughts and ideas! If you have concerns regarding TPM content, please follow-up with your Team Leader immediately after.
Being physically distant from your partner child during session. You should be with your partner child at all times within reason. When you are not with them, you should know where they are and who they are with. This is a safety concern and is extremely important to practice.
What happens when a TL gives a warning?
"Tutors not performing up to expectations will receive a warning. The tutor and Team Leader will collaboratively create a plan to solve issues. Team Leaders have the supervisory right to hold tutors accountable to this plan. If tutors continue to perform below these expectations..."
When must family check in conversations take place?
"Check-in conversations must happen prior to Friday morning; the latest time they can occur is Thursday evening."
What are three things that should be included in the end of year portfolios for partner children?
"Child observations and excerpts from your weekly reflections
Partner child’s work (i.e., drawings, paintings, collages, etc.)
Pictures of your partner child or LEAP team."
What are the four special occasion sessions each year?
Spooky Day, Culture Day, Career Day, Field Day, and Graduation
