What is an interviewer, and why is this a DONT DO?

An interviewer asks the other person a lot of questions, this makes the other person feel interogated, and they may not get much of a chance to speak.

What is policing during a conversation? Why is this a DO NOT?

Correcting a small mistake that does not really matter. As long as we are all following the conversation, you will keep friends better if you just go with the flow. 
The other person may feel bad for doing something wrong and wont want to talk to you if you make them feel dumb

You come off to others as mean, judgemental, and other people wont want to be around you.
They may always be wondering why you are finding things you dont like.
