No, the book is checked out to you and you are responsible for it. If someone else losses it or damages it you will face the consequences.

2. Get your shelf maker.
3. Using your shelf maker find your book(s).
4. Walk up to Mr. Casey to get your book scanned.
5. Walk back to your seat and quietly read or talk to a neighbor.
Why should you use the bathroom before or after specials? Is it possible that you might have to wait to go even if you ask?
Because we have a really limited amount of time each week for library and we need to be in class during that time to learn. Even, if it is an emergency you might have to wait for an adult who can take you to the bathroom.
