Use you own ID to scan in but let the door shut on them. They should use their own ID to get in too.

Go to the front desk and ask them for help.
When are the visitation hours?
10am until 1am
You cannot have a girl (or a non-baylor student) in our floor past 1am. You cannot be in the girls side of the building after 1am. You must escort them to the lobby before 1am.
Can you hand your phone to a friend or a family member to let them get into your room?
No, everyone that is not you must be escorted into the halls.
You could be risking your Baylor student eligibility as well as getting into legal trouble if under the legal age.

After both roommates have tried to communicate and find a solution themselves. If a problem still persists, the CL can help mediate something.

It is 2am and you hear loud music from your neighbors while trying to sleep. What should you do in order to make the noise go away?
Knock on their door and ask them politely to turn down the noise. If it still persists, call the CL-On Call and ask them to deal with the situation.
When are the courtesy hours in effect at Earle?
24/7
If someone ask you to lower your noise, you must comply and be respectful.
How do you submit a work order?
Google "Baylor work order" or go into your housing portal. Fill out the form with all useful information.
What does it mean for Baylor to be a dry campus?
Tobacco, drugs, or alcohol use or possesion is prohibited anywhere on campus.
You can get into serious trouble with your Baylor eligibility or even legal issues.
You move to BU and notice that your roommate has a few beer bottles set up as decoration on their shelf. What should you tell your roommate about this?
Remind him that any type of prohibited items, even if they are only decorations, can and will be confiscated if found.
