What is the difference between IR, DR, CR, and TIR?
Give an example of each.
IR: incident report (when a client is injured)
DR: discovery report (same form as an IR, but when there was no injury, we are just documenting something we noticed)
CR: crisis report (when a client aggresses or injures another client)
TIR: teammate incident report (when a teammate is injured while at work)
Under the attendance policy, how many occurrences do you receive for calling out the day before or after a holiday?
1 1/5 occurrences. This includes if the holiday falls on a Friday and the call out occurs on Monday.

Change them anyways!!!
NEVER let a client stay wet or dirty longer than the few minutes it takes to get them to the restroom!

Ratio is the number of targets presented.
Interval is the amount of time targets are presented.
