Dramatic: 

-Duncan calls the castle soothing when we know that he will meet his death in that "soothing" castle.

-Banquo mentions a type of bird. The name of this bird also means "person who is easily deceived".

Verbal:

-Lady Macbeth plays things up for the king telling him how comfortable he will be in the care of Macbeth and her. Her words mean nothing because she is planning to harm him.
