Yes, even if the chain breaks or has weak narrators there can still be other chains that allow a Hadith to become Sahih.
When can Dha'eef (weak) Ahadith be used?
Must be declared as a Dha'eef when being used and the weakness isn't severe. It should only be for reminders and recommending positive acts.
