No. The grandparents are not listed on the membership. They can pay admission, upgrade to the family plus level or they can be added as additional members.
What is the difference between being an additional member and a guest?
An additional member receives their own membership card. They have to be an assigned person and they are free to visit the Center on their own.
Guests are unnamed people attached to a membership. They cannot visit on their own. They must come with someone listed on the membership.
What is the discount for members when they sign their child up for summer camp?

No they cannot. Memberships are not something that are shared. This is why we check IDs and we have people list everyone who is on the membership.
Let them know they are more than welcome to add them self on as an additional member.
Can a guest visit the museum if they are with a child listed on the membership?

Yes. they can visit the center because the child still counts as a member because they are listed on the profile.
A member says their coupon on their coupon sheet have expired and they are very upset about it. Can they still use their coupon?
Yes. You can make exceptions for case by case situations. Feel free to let them use their coupon if they really want to
Someone wants to purchase a family membership, but they want to wait to add the children later. Can they do this?

Museums on the ASTC sheet that have the check IDs icon next to it will not reciprocate with you if you address in within 90 miles of their location

Someone purchases an Ind/Couple level membership and they list just them. They comeback another time and bring someone with them and want to use them as the second person on their membership. Can they do this?

No. Each person must be named on the date of membership purchase. They cannot decide later on that they want to add someone.
A guest of a Family Membership visits on their own and brings the membership card of their friend. Can they visit the Center?

A member has a family member who is not listed on their membership but they want to have a birthday party for them. Do they get the member discount ?

No. You can only apply as many tickets as there are going to be members listed on the membership.
In this case they can only apply 2 tickets.
Someone purchases a Family +1 membership, but they do not want to assign the +1 person. Can they do this?
No. The +1 needs to be assigned a person. It is not interchangeable. If they are unsure of who they want to give it to, let them know they can purchase the Family level and when they are ready they can always upgrade and add the additional member later.
