After School M/W/Th 3:30-4:15 pm, Lunch Wednesdays 12:50-1:25 (get a lunch pass before coming!)
Will Ms. Fellows play music during class?
Yes! During work time, I will likely turn on a class playlist. During tests, I will put on instrumental music.

Possible answers:
actively listening to who is talking, being willing to help each other if someone needs it, make sure everyone's ideas are heard in a group, respecting people's boundaries, speaking to and about each other positively (not making fun of others), etc.

What should you do if you know you will miss class?
Email Ms. Fellows the day(s) you will be absent and make sure you look at Canvas or ask a classmate to get any notes/assignments you missed.
When can you go to the bathroom?
What must you do to use the bathroom during class?
You can go during any passing period, before school, during lunch! During class, you must wait until Ms. Fellows is done with instruction.
You must fill out a pass in Securely, and wait until Ms. Fellows approves your pass.
If you are tardy, your pass will be approved after those who came on time. If you are gone repeatedly more than 10 minutes, you will have a chat with Ms. Fellows and passes could be limited in the future.
What do you need to have out and start when you get into the classroom everyday?

Listen when she is talking, raise your hand if you want to talk, pick up trash when you see it, arrive ON TIME, collaborate with peers kindly, have out the correct materials, do the work that is asked of you, treat classroom supplies with respect and return them appropriately

What is Canvas used for?
Teacher notes are uploaded if you miss class or need my class notes, lists assignments and their due dates for each unit, turning in any digital work.
Where can you find copies of handouts/papers for a unit?
The front trays labeled "Algebra 1" and "Geometry"
What must you do before you can retake a test?
First, make sure all homework is turned in for that unit. Then, meet with Ms. Fellows to go over the test and complete any extra review she may give you.
What is cheating, and what happens if you cheat on work in this class?
Cheating can be: copying someone else's work, looking up answers, using AI, talking to someone during an assessment, using notes when not allowed, having someone else do your work for you.
You will receive an automatic zero and your family will be contacted about the incident.
Should you ask Ms. Fellows what you are missing for math assignments?
NO! You must look at Infinite Campus first. If you have specific questions after looking, then you can ask.
What is the grading scale for tests/projects?
4-point scale:
F: 0-1 - Does not meet expectations
D: 1-2 - Starts to meet expectations
C: 2-2.5 - Basic understanding of content
B: 2.5-3 - Shows understanding with minor error
A: 3-4 - Exceeds expectations with high-quality work and explanations
