A scientist wishes to determine the density of a cube. How would he or she go about doing this? List all the necessary steps, tools, equipment and formulas.
the scientist would need a ruler to measure volume, a triple beam balance to measure the mass, paper and pencil, and the formulas: L X W X H=V & D=M/V
use the ruler first to get the volume and then multiply
next, zero out the Triple Beam Balance, place the cube on the TBB, then find & record the mass
last, plug in the equation: D=M/V to find the density of the cube
