•Personal Space: You both have time for your own friends and hobbies.

This is one reason why Hygiene is important
1. Health and Physical Well Being, Fun/Leisure: Hygiene helps keep you healthy. Washing your hands, bathing, and brushing your teeth can stop germs from making you sick.
2. Responsibility/Respect, Connection: Hygiene keeps you from spreading germs to others. When you are clean, you help protect your friends and family from getting sick.
3. Self-care, Love, Pleasure, Independence, Fun/Leisure : Hygiene helps you feel good about yourself. Clean skin, hair, and teeth help you feel more confident and happy.
4. Independence, self-care: Hygiene helps you look and smell nice. Wearing clean clothes and washing your body stops bad smells and keeps your skin healthy.
This is a sign of a unhealthy relationship
•Lack of Respect: One person ignores your feelings or makes fun of you.
•Control: One person tries to tell you what to do, who to see, or what to wear.
•Dishonesty: One person lies or keeps secrets that hurt you.
•Jealousy: One person gets upset if you spend time with others.

•Blame: One person says everything is your fault.
•Violence or Threats: Any hitting, yelling, or threats are never okay.
•No Privacy: One person checks your phone or social media without asking.
•Gaslighting: One person makes you doubt your own feelings or memories.
•Isolation: One person tries to keep you away from friends and family.
