This rule prohibits individuals from harming another person. This includes both actions and suggestion of physical harm.

This is the process by which one expresses grievances and or concern.
ENCOUNTER
This rule states thatspeaking negatively or positively about another person is not allowed.
No Bad/Glad Rapping
When a person leaves the facility unapproved
LACA
This rule states that no client should be in possession of substances and/or items that are not allowed in the facility.
NO CONTRABAND
This rule states that we should address people by their names and that name calling is not allowed.
No PBLRs or other language or labels intended to show disrespect.
This is the process by which praise is given within the community
STROKE
This rule states that attempting to get one's needs filled without following the proper procedure is not allowed.
No jumping structure
The process by which a person becomes a full member of the community
CWC
This rule states that there should be no gestures, actions, or suggestions of affectionate, sexual, or romantic nature. Not limited to physical contact.
NO boundary crossing behaviors (including sexual activities and advances)
This intervention is used for functional errors. When given this intervention, two hours of community service will need to be worked off on one's personal time
AOS (Act of Service)
A detailed request for items/privileges that are beyond normal requests
ITINERARY
This term describes forming relationships with peers in which information, items, favoritism, or anything else is shared which causes an unequal relationship between them and the rest of the community.
CONTRACTING
This is the act of making alibies and/or excuses for another peer's behavior.
RED FLAGGING
This rule states that no client should be in possession of the property of any other person.
