What does it mean to be a mandated reporter mean?
We are legally required to report suspected maltreatment. You cannot shift responsibility of reporting to someone else.

An accident report is completed when a child is injured by another child, object, or self-injury.
An incident report is completed for a child that intentionally injuries another child.
