Take these strolls through your building (and your partner’s building) to make sure things are in order at 9pm and midnight, during the week.
What are rounds?
This is what we ask underage residents to do with the alcohol we found them with it

After asking them dispose the alcohol, you fill this out so pro-staff can schedule conduct
What is an Incident Report?
Uh oh, the duty phone battery is looking low. Ugh, you can’t find the charger. Now what?
What is ask the rest of staff who had the charger last?
“UGH! I can’t study because it’s too loud in the hallway. Can you tell them to be quiet?” - This is another reason students may come to the office
What is a noise complaint?
As a friendly reminder, you’re a person, then a student, then an RA, so doing this in the RA office is definitely okay
What is homework/studying?
Like Disney fairytales there’s a deadline or really, expectation to do this at 9:00PM each night

These are the 3 varieties of amounts of alcohol students are able to have per person in a room

While making your rounds you should definitely pay attention however don’t avoid the residents, do this instead

These calls typically only happen during the work day, and you get to hang with Joe, Dave, or Aldo

When doing rounds there are 2 important things to take with you. Your keys and this electronic device

During a severe alcohol related emergency, you call Sup on Call after calling this person first

An incident report is incredibly important, so the start of the report includes these details

A student asks to get moved to a new room. You don’t have the ability to make that change but this person does
