If a member wants to bring a friend who is visiting from out of state, who has never taken a class, what do we say/offer?
We would love to have them in. Although the class wouldn't be free, we can offer them a preferred guest rate (~$13). They would still be treated like an intro, so arrive early and discuss membership options/search for a studio near them. Still try to close!
