On page 10 of the IRG, it discusses Bias-Motivated Incidents. With any bias-motivated incident that a resident reports, the first step is the following.

1. Contact both residents and establish a time for a roommate conflict meeting.

2. Review the roommate agreement that was filled out by both residents.

3. After completing the roommate conflict meeting, write an IR if needed and contact Sam for a move if needed.
