Math is mental exercise for our brain, every bit of math we try, and struggle with, is like doing a bicep curl for our brain, it makes it stronger, more resilient and more capable!

You might use formulas and concepts in your life/work but even if you don't math helps develop your pattern recognition, critical and creative thinking and problem solving areas in your brain, making you a mentally stronger and sharper person
