I totally understand wanting to get everything done in one visit. The reason we usually do it step by step is for your safety. We need to go through the procedures first before starting the treatment. This way, we can make sure you get the care you need while keeping you safe. Our system requires a payment to secure the appointment as part of our office protocol, so we’re unable to hold your spot without an upfront payment. Would you prefer to use a credit card or a debit card?

Absolutely! Chiropractic care is generally safe during pregnancy, and many pregnant patients find it helpful. The doctor uses gentle techniques that are appropriate for pregnancy. The best way to determine what's right for you is to come in for an evaluation. Would you prefer a morning or an afternoon appointment?

You receive a lead from Live Well PA who does not have an appointment yet. The lead is interested and needs care as soon as possible.

How would you offer appointment availability? Then, walk us through the entire process of booking the patient using the secondary calendar, from start to finish.

When booking an appointment, first check the availability in the secondary calendar and always offer the earliest available appointment. If the time works for the lead, book the appointment in the secondary calendar first, then schedule the appointment in GHL. If the selected time isn't available in GHL by default, use the Custom option to match the exact date and time you booked in the secondary calendar.

We can't really determine over the phone if this treatment is right for you, and since I'm not a doctor, it's best to have the doctor evaluate you in person. I can help you schedule an appointment so the doctor can examine you and determine if you're a good candidate for treatment.

  • PC Booked – Tag the lead as PC Booked if you scheduled the appointment or made any changes to the appointment request, even if you only changed the date or the time. Always use the PC Tag.

  • PC Confirmed (Use this if the appointment schedule is within 24 hours.) – Tag the lead as PC Confirmed only if you spoke with the lead and they confirmed they will attend their appointment.

Note: If you are the one who booked the appointment and it is already within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, use PC Confirmed instead of PC Booked.

It depends on the doctor’s findings, which is why the doctor needs to see you in person to determine the root cause of the issue. Also, the $49 is out of pocket and not covered by insurance. Please bring your insurance and one valid ID so we can do a benefits check in the office to see what your insurance would cover.
