Hypotensive turns into moderate when the donor vomits. Notify medical staff, stay with the donor, place ice packs on the back of the neck and chest, if possible place the donor in a return cycle (Not the last return cycle unless a Phy Sub instructs to do so), place the donor in Trendelenburg if applicable, monitor the donors symptoms
If okay, continue the donation
If not, disconnect the donor with fluids.

1. Remove equipment from operating area
2. Document in Nexlynx. Search the equipment, click on Out of Service, document the reasoning, and open an equipment Issue.
3. Fill out OOS and place on Equipment
4. Place the equipment in the storage room on the equipment rack (the first rack behind the machine repair wall)
