Smoking, including all electronic smoking devices, are prohibited in or on all university owned property, leased property, facilities, grounds, parking structures (including in privately owned vehicles) and university-owned vehicles.

No. The use or possession of alcoholic beverages in the residence hall and/or disorderly conduct due to consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Yes. All provisions of Arizona state law regarding alcohol are in effect at all times, including but not limited to the minor in consumption (returning to the hall intoxicated), minor in possession, and public consumption laws.

Can a student can have empty alcohol containers in their room if used strictly for decorations
No. Due to health risks and the negative message sent to minors, residents are not permitted to possess/decorate their rooms with empty alcohol containers and or paraphernalia (e.g. neon signs, shot glasses, alcohol boxes, etc.). This includes anyone who is of legal drinking age and over.

No. You can only ask the questions:
- Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
- What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
