What is: by a reminder email from the Registrar, or by using the Payroll schedule on the Faculty Portal.
What do I do if I have a question or problem with my studio or equipment ?
What is : Fill out a Faculty Request Form.
How you mark attendance for a make-up lesson ?
What is: By using the make-up lesson form which is found on the Faculty Portal.
Are studios meant for just one teacher ?
What is : No. Studios are used by multiple faculty.
How many excused absences is a student allowed ?
What is : Two, unless there are extenuating circumstances (significant medical situaiton).
What do you do if ther is a questions or problem with the studio or equipment ?

How you request a room for make-up lessons ?
What is : By using a Faculty Request form, or calling the office if it is last minute.
What do I need to do to my studio before leaving for the day ?
What is : tidy up (trash, put chairs and stands to the side), and lock the door.
The one attendance type that a teacher should never use ?
What is "Holiday"
What do you do if you will miss a teaching day or are out sick ?
What is : Contact the office (call or Faculty Request Form) and contact your students.
When can makeup lessons be completed ?
What is : You can schedule something at any time with your student, request an additional day just for makeup lessons, use the February or April vacation weeks, or utilizie the six week make up period at the end of May/June.
Is food allowed in studio spaces ?
What is : No. Spilled drink or food can damage instruments and invite bugs & critters. Plain water only in Studios, please.
