You are (feel/feeling) happy...
Why do we use "feeling"? Because "feel" is a verb, and we add +ing to verbs after "you are". (Happy is an adjective, so will not have any "ing" added)
It (feel/feels/feeling) sad...
Why do we use "feels"? Because there is no helping verb "is" so we do not + "ing" to the verb. Also we must + "s" to the verb for the 3rd person singular pronouns he/she/it
They will be (run/running?) tomorrow
Why do we use "running"? Because we have the structure "will be" so we must + "ing" to the verb. (If the structure is only "will", then we DO NOT + "ing" to the verb)
