I finished collecting all data from my Category B project. Which type of audit must be performed on my project?
Audits are not required for Category B projects. But if an audit is requested by the Project Lead (or deemed necessary by QA staff) an Audit of Data Quality [ADQ] would be performed.
I have many old paper records that are past their retention date. What do I do with them?
Fill out a Destruction Form and send it to Sara Linn. Once it is signed, you may appropriately destroy the records (shred or recycle).
