Hi Laura, I've a question. Italia 23 is a Core&Shell Project. I see in Appendix : Core and Multifamily Residential and the definition of NOT-LEASED SPACES is : ... If the landlord leases the whole spaces I will have only LEASED SPACES? Should I have to consider the applicability of all NOT-LEASED SPACES in the [tool] as WHOLE BUILDING, because I haven't NOT - LEASED SPACES? Is it correct? Best,
