During the Anaphora, the priest removes the veil and folds it neatly around the gifts. Why?
This is what Jesus did with his veil when he resurrected. So, when Achan does the same thing, he symbolizes the resurrection of Jesus.

Jesus was humble enough to become man in order to live among us --> Jesus was humble enough to look like bread in order to live within us
During the Baptism of Christ, the Trinity was revealed to everyone in Jordan (The Father spoke, the Son was baptized, and the Spirit came as a dove). How is the Trinity represented during the "Lord of all" hymn in Qurbana?
On the altar, you have the Bible representing Jesus, the Mar Thomas Cross representing the Spirit, and the entire altar represents the Father.

When the Anthem of the Mysteries concludes, and Achan returns to the Bema, this exchange of prayers between Achan and the faithful also concerns "Death". Explain how.
We chant the prayers of Rememberance where we remember all those who have passed from this earth: Mary, Joseph, St. Thomas, all the just who have triumphed, the martyrs who have been crowned in glory, and all the departed both great and small.
"O Lord Jesus Christ may there be glory to your name and worship to your majesty forever. For this ______ and ______ bread has come down from heaven and gives life to the whole world."
