If the recruit is a government employee, what are the additional requirements that need to be submitted?
*Attach a Permission Letter/Government Certificate. The letter should contain an approval that the recruit is “allowed to be a Part-time Financial Advisor at Pru Life UK.” The original certificate must be signed by Department Head and printed in Company's Letter Head.
*If Government employee is contractual, you can submit JO (Job Order)
