Lilly is finishing cutting up raw chicken on a cutting board. She wraps up and puts the chicken on the bottom shelf of the cooler, and takes her cutting board to the dish room.  She wipes off all debris off the counter and takes hot soapy water and a clean rag and starts cleaning the counter. She puts the rag back into the bucket and grabs a clean wet rag to rinse the counter. She then grabs her sanitizer bucket and another clean rag and sanitizes the counter and puts that rag back into the bucket. She then starts to cut onions, once she is done she restarts the process of cleaning using her same buckets of soap and sanitizer. How did she possibly spread a foodborne illness? 

She put the dirty rags in the clean buckets contaminating them and is now using them to clean the counters again.

He should of put the cut glove on his non-dominate hand because that will be the hand holding the vegetable and the one closes to the blade.

The chemical reads at 500 parts per million (PPM). She writes it down and then takes the bucket to the counter she is cleaning. What did she do wrong?

The PPM was much too high. She should of not used the solution and report it to the manager.
