-move them into the shade

-call 9-1-1!!!
-cool them down with ice or a cool cloth (place on neck, armpits, forehead)
-move them into the shade
-give them water if they regain consciousness
FUN FACT: you can use tarps in the storage closets to make a pool of water with the hose spigot to place the person in to cool off

-after consent and PPE Apply gauze and tell patron to pinch the top of their nose and tilt head down; if more gauze is needed do NOT remove the first just apply more on top of the first
