He is a Montague who falls in deeply in love with a Capulet. His love for Juliet is real, passionate, and sincere which truly shows throughout their entire relationship together.
She changed Romeo’s life with her love and affection. They both became more loving and understanding people once they met each other. If she wouldn’t have been at the party the night she met Romeo, their families would have never ended their feud. They ended the feud based off of the fact the both felt like they owed each other something.
How long did the play last?
She is the Capulet’s daughter who is strong, brave, fearless, and will stop at nothing to save the relationship she has acquired with her family’s rival’s son, Romeo. She takes extreme risks for the love of her life, hoping that one day they can live together in peace and harmony with both their families.
If he hadn’t married Romeo and Juliet, Romeo wouldn’t have gone to Juliet’s house that night. Then they both wouldn’t have been on edge about trying to keep their relationship a secret. If he would have waited to marry Romeo and Juliet a little later, they would have been more comfortable with their decisions.
He is one of the Prince’s kinsman and a good friend of Romeo’s. He is an extreme hothead who has a sense of humor and makes many sexual jokes.
If he hadn’t fought and killed Mercutio, Romeo wouldn’t have felt the need to protect and honor his friend. Romeo then wouldn’t have killed this man, and Juliet wouldn’t have been so worried and anxious for Romeo to get back to her.
She taught Juliet how to be a respectful, kind, and opinionated young women. She basically raised Juliet and knows exactly who she is as a person. Juliet tells her all her secrets and she gives Juliet back advice as to what she should do.
If he wouldn’t have asked Capulet if he could marry Juliet the first time he was denied, Capulet wouldn’t have had someone in mind to save Juliet from her depression of what he thought was from Tybalt’s death.
He is one of the Prince’s kinsman. Once Capulet tells him he can marry Juliet, he was very possessive of her, and she did not like that.
If he hadn’t challenged Tybalt to a dual, Romeo wouldn’t have had to get involved. Romeo therefore would not have been exiled from the land, and he could have stayed with Juliet. They could have figured out a way to explain to both their parents about how much they love each other, which could save their lives.
