Getting asked to take time and space definitely means you are in trouble.
False. Sometimes our brains try to trick us and we don't notice, but others around us (staff) can see that our brains need a break and you may be asked to take time and space. This gives us a break and a chance for our mind and body to calm. When we're frustrated it makes it hard to think and we are not doing our best work, so breaks are okay.
