How do you identify a R&D product?
The request should be a sample and will either have a pasterd prefix or a lab notebook number
Customer has $ in the 120+ bucket. You tell them we aren't processing their order until we receive payment and they respond that a check is in the mail. Do you schedule the order?
NO!!! We need to receive the payment. Customers can be dirty little liars!
In ECD and CMD, when I create a new attribute or adjust an existing attribute, what group do I put the attribute on hold for?

Why are Semi products priced differently than PCBA products?
The finer mesh(higher type) the powder, the more difficult and more expensive to make.

What happens when we put someone on credit hold?
Nothing gets processed or shipped.
If there is an order in shipping when they go on hold, it will sit there until we receive payment.
If they are looking for an order verification- not until we have payment

How can we be proactive about A/R?
Reviewing posted transactions prior to processing an order (or even quoting) to make sure the customer is in good standing. If you see they have past due invoices- send them and ask for status
