If a preceptor behaves in an unprofessional or inappropriate way to a student, this would be the recommended time for the student to report it to the Clinical Coordinator or Director of Clinical Education

This evaluation is due by 5:00PM on the first Wednesday of every rotation

These are the two evaluations that the preceptor will be emailed directly, and must be completed at the appropriate times for the student to pass the rotation

If I need to be excused for any religious holiday during the clinical year, I must sbbmit a request to the Clinical Coordinator or Director of Clinical Education by this day
