are you allowed to talk to counselors at lunch?
It depends! you are free to ask for help, tell us something is wrong, or ask to change/bathroom/get things from your bag. You should not be sitting at the benches or standing by them for the entirety of lunch.
where are you allowed to change into your swimsuits?
in the bathroom or pop up tents during lunch

find your group and wait with them until directed by counselor
what do you do when a ball rolls into the parking lot or the street?
call for a counselor to get it
what should your packed lunch be in on field trip days?
a disposable bag, (baggie, brown paper bag)
if one counselor tells you no, are you allowed to go ask other counselors the same question?
No. One counselor speaks for all of us. Unless directed by that counselor to go and ask another person, you should not be doing that.
