What dose Chodos mean and where does it come from?
We do not know forsure where “Chodos” comes from or what it’s meaning is but We’ve been told that it comes from the Hebrew word for “new” which is “Chodosh”. Our family has said that the Chodos family used to be wonderers and when they arrived in a new town they were “newcomers” which is where the name Chodos (Chodosh) comes from.
