LOTO Pouches must be placed on the drivers’ side door and locked with red lock. The key for the unit must be placed inside the pouch. Wheel chocks must be placed every time as well to keep unit from moving.
What should you do before using LOTO equipment?
Inspect the sign/pouch and cone before each use: A safety cone must be removed from service and locked/tagged out if it appears damaged or worn. If the sign is faded or damaged it must be disposed of and replaced.
